The truck is old and because it was full no company I called was “inviting” or provided any sort of customer service.  Then I found First State Fleet Service and KEITH answered the phone.  It was a breath of fresh air and professionalism I didn’t receive from other companies in the area.  From the drop off to my pick up, the service and communication was outstanding.
